Release, Connection, & Renewal
Somatic Days are in-person immersions dedicated to the deep regulation of the Autonomic Nervous System, led by facilitators from around the world—researchers, clinicians, and healers who specialize in transformative modalities that address Nervous System Dysregulation.
This Somatic Day is a sacred gathering rooted in the power of RELEASE, held in the embrace of nature, and grounded in loving safety.
In this immersive experience, we will reconnect with our innate capacity for healing, resilience, and deep emotional release. Through the wisdom of the forest, the stabilizing energy of the earth, and the ancient alchemy of fire, we will honor the body as a compass, allowing it to guide us back to safety, self-trust, and a horizon of possibility beyond the constraints of survival mode.
If you have felt stuck in stress, grief, or disconnection, or if life’s circumstances have made your world feel small and powerless, this gathering is an invitation back into expansion, belonging, and embodiment.
Through community and embodied practice, we will gently release, recalibrate, and restore together.
The Modalities
Somatic-Informed Movement: Expanding Beyond Survival
Somatic movement is a doorway back into safety, self-trust, and possibility. This practice works through the vagus nerve, guiding the nervous system away from chronic contraction and into a state of expansion, ease, and connection.
In a world that often limits our choices, prolonged stress can leave us feeling powerless. Somatic movement rewires our body’s responses, allowing us to experience agency, presence, and a widening of what is possible.
Why in community? Healing is amplified together. When we move in a shared space, our nervous systems co-regulate, reinforcing our body’s ability to trust, soften, and integrate new patterns of safety.
This practice will support you in:
Releasing stored tension and recalibrating the body’s stress response
Expanding from a constricted worldview into an open, empowered one
Stepping out of survival mode and into a greater horizon of possibility
Earthing: Returning to the Ground Beneath Us
Our bodies were never meant to be disconnected from the rhythms of nature. Earthing is a powerful practice of reconnection, allowing us to discharge built-up stress, stabilize our nervous system, and receive the restorative presence of the earth.
Through movement, breath, and sound, we will tune into the land’s wisdom, realigning our systems with the natural flow of resilience.
You may benefit from Earthing if you:
Experience chronic stress, burnout, or exhaustion
Have difficulty feeling present or connected to your body
Struggle with sleep disturbances or restlessness
Feel emotionally or physically “stuck”
Healing is not meant to happen in isolation. The earth reminds us that we belong -to the land, to ourselves, and to each other.
Fire Ceremony with Tiffany Bednar: A Ritual of Release & Transformation
For millennia, fire has been honored across cultures as a force of renewal—a sacred witness to our pain, our truth, and our transformation.
Led by Tiffany Bednar, an anthropologist, this fire ceremony is a ritual of release—a space where we can name our truths, be deeply witnessed, and offer our pain to the flames.
In a world that rushes past pain, this ceremony invites us to slow down and be present with what needs to be felt. Grief, anger, longing, and transition all deserve a sacred place to be honored and released.
What to Expect:
A guided process to identify and release lingering pain
A safe, held space to speak truthfully and be witnessed
A collective experience of transformation
The symbolic act of offering words, emotions, and intentions to the fire
This ceremony is not just about letting go—it’s about making space for something new. It is an opportunity to step into deeper love for yourself, for humanity, and for the life ahead.
Come as you are—ready to listen, move, feel, and release. Through the wisdom of the forest, the grounding of the earth, and the fire’s powerful transformation, we will return to ourselves—and to each other.
