What to Expect
Inside a candle-lit pool, our floating sound bath experience is a carefully curated event that combines the therapeutic benefits of floating with the healing power of sound.
Floating Therapy: Step into a state of weightlessness as you float effortlessly in a serene pool. The buoyancy will allow your body to decompress, relieving pressure on your muscles and joints. This deeply relaxing environment helps reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
Sound Healing: While you float, be enveloped by the soothing sounds of Kenny Kolters crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. The vibrations from these instruments resonate through the water, enhancing the calming effects and helping to balance your nervous system. The harmonious frequencies work on a cellular level, promoting healing and a sense of inner peace.
Here are a Few Benefits of Floating Sound Bath
Stress Reduction: Experience profound relaxation and release from everyday stressors.
Enhanced Sleep: Improve your sleep quality and enjoy deeper, more restorative rest.
Nervous System Regulation: Floating and sound healing helps balance your autonomic nervous system, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of calm.
Pain Relief: Alleviate chronic pain and tension in muscles and joints.
Mental Clarity: Clear your mind and enhance your focus and creativity.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to book your spot early.

CALLING ALL INVENTORS!
An offer for Experiential Science Blending History, Anthropology, Culture, and Art.
We are looking for creative minds to join us in January as we explore SIMPLE MACHINES.
The objective of the Homeschool Co-op Simple Machines Science Submission is to engage students in a hands-on exploration of simple machines, fostering their understanding of basic mechanics and engineering principles with pure creative freedoms. Participants will design and construct a simple machine that serves a specific function of their choosing, applying their knowledge of levers, pulleys, inclined planes, screws, wheels, and axles to create an innovative and functional device. You can register as an individual or as a team. The idea is that at the end of the experience, kids will have a chance to watch dozens of ideas shared by video from other student submissions. They will be digitally supported all month long with fun and whole-brained content.
Sign up by 1/7/2024 to receive emails each Monday in January with supportive content for the creative journey for ages 6-18 plus.
Each email will have:
A brief overview of Simple Machines.
An introduction to a famous inventor from around the world.
Historical facts and cultural significance of simple machines.
Links to ideas and educational resources to explore innovation through exploration.
Submit your paper and a video of your invention by the deadline of January 26th! After the event, you will receive an email of all simple machine submissions through the blog on our website. You will get to share your comments and insights with other student and group inventors!

New Moon Circle
The New Moon circle is an intimate event for reflection and support in hope.
All over the world ritual, fire, food and community are central to health and living a full life.
Let’s circle up over a spring fire and remember who we are. Who we are for ourselves, for our family, for our community, for the world. It’s a simple ritual to let nature do its magic- It literally can’t be done wrong. It doesn’t require a leader, master, guru, or priest. You are fully and abundantly enough to have a perfectly clear and creative evening under the stars.
The new moon is a symbol of new beginnings, a time when the old gives way to the new. As the sky darkens and the stars twinkle, we are reminded of the vastness of the universe and the infinite potential within ourselves. The power of the new moon lies in its ability to inspire us to dream big, to set intentions, and to plant the seeds of our deepest desires. It is a time to let go of the past, to release what no longer serves us, and to trust in the magic of new beginnings. As the moon begins its journey once again, we too are given the opportunity to start fresh, to create a life that is in alignment with our truest selves. With eyes wide open we will embrace the power of the new moon, and let our intentions take flight on the wings of hope and possibility.
The circle starts at 7:30pm.
Bring a food dish to share at 5:55pm.
Bring anything that would make you cozy by a fire.
Let me know to expect you
“In the heart of every town, Lies a place where hope is found,
A gathering of souls as one, A community that has begun.
With open hearts and helping hands,
They build a world where love expands,
A place where all are welcomed in,
And no one has to face life's din.
In times of trouble and in need,
They come together to plant the seed,
Of hope and strength and resilience,
For a community is a mighty brilliance.
They share their joys, their tears, their fears,
And hold each other through the years,
For when we stand together as one,
We are a force that cannot be undone.
So let us cherish our community,
And hold it close to our hearts with unity,
For in each other we find strength and grace,
And a world where love can take its place.”

Somatic Journey 2023 Q&A
Somatic Journey 2023 Q&A
Learn about the 2023 Somatic Journey in this free informational Zoom call.
Understanding and committing to a regulated state is nothing short of a healer’s journey. It is love and compassion.
I’m not broken and you’re not either. This is a way of life. This is undoing things from childhood- deep default coping strategies in your DNA.
As a group, throughout 12 months we will look at Nervous System Regulation and somatic techniques through three lenses.
Lens One: the modalities that contribute to nervous system regulation.
Lens Two: designing a daily life to support whole Self-health and grounded safety.
Lens Three: learning to turn off the mind and understand the messages from the body.
On this Zoom call, I will answer questions for those who feel pulled to join the group and explain how the flow of the program will work to support Nervous System Regulation, healing and recovery. I will cover how somatic techniques and topics will be explored and give an overview of the books and facilitators involved through the year.
Look for a confirmation email from Zoom with Login details.
