On September 24 from 10 AM to 2 PM, we will engage in an experiential learning process of how your nervous system relates to the world.
In our time together we will
Learn specific artistic expression techniques that will help you navigate complex emotional states. In this virtual event, you will be walked through specific art modalities that you can use to counter the effects of being overwhelmed and anxious.
Yoga with Instructor Suki will be incredible. She will lead us in Neurosomatic Yoga (Neuro; science of the brain & nervous system and soma; body). It is a trauma-informed practice that combines the intellect of Neuroscience and somatic experiences which is an ancient shamanic practice; a beautiful union of Ancient and Modern Wisdom. NSY is a Mindbody alignment practice that provides the tools and support to heal your deepest wounds on every level. The practice goes beyond a standard asana class and incorporates Mindfulness through movement, Breathwork, Meditation & visualization, Sound & creative self-expression, and Subtle movement practices like Qi Gong, gentle yoga poses, and Resistance Training to create a fully embodied experience with a quantum healing effect.
Callie Strouf, MSW will introduce and facilitate a visualization meditation experience that will allow you to get present with your mind, body, and energetic spirit. While holding a safe space, she will invite you to step into an experience where your mind and body can explore some of the realms of your powerful soul energy. Strengthen the connections of your beingness while flowing into energetic alignment.
This Virtual Experience is part of the Somatic Journey group program and is intended to be a home-based somatic education offering. It supports individuals who are in therapy, work as a coach or therapist, and people interested in learning more about Somatic Healing. It is not intended to replace professional therapeutic support.

About the Facilitators
Callie Strouf, MSW spent 30+ years checking boxes and creating the life she “should”. Following several traumatic losses, she realized life is too short and was done living for anyone else. Healing the trauma, loss, survival mindset, and conditioned “shoulds'' created the freedom to exist in her soul’s energy and aligned identity. Now she wants to help you do the same! By incorporating her mental health training, she offers programs designed to uncover limiting beliefs, help heal trauma and loss, and create an aligned and intentional life and personhood.
Suki is an Intuitive, Somatic Healer, Mindfulness Chef, Retreat Host, Yoga Enthusiast, Divine Feminine, Truth Seeker, Lover, and Creator. “On a whim, I found myself at a yoga retreat as a solo-female traveler and was completely moved by the experience. I went for reprieve and left with an exit strategy for my former life. More so- I had a plan for a new one. I found a food-adjacent career that allowed me to discover my purpose in life: To Nourish others with food & fellowship - Along with discovering a new way of being, I discovered wellbeing and a more sustainable way of life. - Suki”
