This ongoing membership examines Nervous System Regulation and somatic techniques through three lenses.

Lens One: Exploring the modalities that contribute to nervous system regulation.

Lens Two: What it takes to design a daily life that supports whole Self-health and grounded safety.

Lens Three: Learning ways to turn off the mind and understand the messages from your body.

About the different lenses

Lens 1

 Healing by, what I call, the % method. This is learning about the different treatment modalities that are not meant to be done all the time but when leveraged they offer a % of healing to contribute to overall wellness. They offer a big relief when leveraged and often leave us in a better space than before we started.

EX: massages, reiki, cold water therapy, neurofeedback, sound bath, acupuncture, essential oils, breathwork, tea, earthing, laughter, heel drops, dance ...

This group will expand your knowledge of what modalities can help you regulate your nervous system. You will learn to know when and how to use the resources around you and within you. You’ll start this process by being able to recognize what stage of arousal you’re in and begin to widen your Window of Tolerance. You will find that you yourself are medicinal. Each week you will receive an email with a regulation technique and the community forum will be a place to discuss its integration.

Lens 2

Lens one is looking at your non-negotiable practices. These are the actions that keep us alive and functional. These are the ones that I know are best for me but my brain makes it a battle.

EX: Exercise, healthy eating, socializing, nutrition.

This group will help you pick and uphold your non-negotiable practices that support your nervous system health. We will have professional support to work through the mental and emotional process of keeping our practices and to remount the horse when/if we fall off. Your group forum is intended to help navigate integration complexities.

Lens 3

Learning to shut “IT” off. Gaining knowledge about somatic techniques, trauma, nervous system development, codependency, energy, healing, and having time to digest and integrate the learning. We will have guest speakers, weekly modality emails and a group call a month to stretch our understanding about ourselves and compassionately move through the work. We will essentially study and practice how to shut the mind OFF.

How this will flow

Private Facebook Group Support

In a private Facebook group, we will share how the integration of somatic modalities looks on the court of life. Here you will gain access to meditations, books, podcasts, practices, and more that will encourage a strong mind and body connection. Perhaps you are looking for a community of like-minded souls, or you need accountability to keep your body work a priority, whatever your pull towards this is, the Private group is a newly added support to the program so you have support in your pocket.

Virtual Round Tables

Each month, we will have a call. These calls will be recorded and uploaded to our group portal, allowing you to use them repeatedly. These calls are our round tables for integrating regulation in real and raw life.

Book discussion over the monthly book. Ten books on the exploration of ANS regulation have been selected for the year.
Hearing from expert facilitators and getting a chance for Q&A. These are brilliant human beings from diverse fields, including neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy, neurofeedback, functional medicine, shamanism, Reiki, nutrition, sound therapy, play therapy, and others.

Self-Paced Course Guide

With your Soma Journey membership, you gain full access to a comprehensive, self-paced curriculum designed to support your personal healing and embodiment journey. This includes 26 thoughtfully curated units that explore the foundations of nervous system education, practical regulation techniques, and integrative somatic practices. Each unit weaves together science-backed insights with real-world tools to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate safety from within. You’ll also receive guided course content, expert-led video talks, and audio practices that support different learning styles. To deepen your experience, we include a robust library of book recommendations and reviews, selected to complement and expand each topic. Whether you’re just beginning your somatic exploration or looking to sustain a grounded daily practice, this membership meets you where you are—offering lifelong access to tools that foster wholeness, resilience, and self-trust.

Weekly Modalities in Your Pocket

Each Sunday, you’ll receive a grounding email designed to gently guide you into the week ahead with intention and care. This email will include a Somatic Integration Tool—a simple but powerful practice to explore throughout your week. These tools vary intentionally to support different nervous system needs and learning preferences, and may include a body-based technique, a guided journal prompt, a short podcast episode, a reflective quote, or a mindful ritual. Each one is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s signals, set a clear and compassionate intention for the week, and begin to rewire your relationship to safety, rest, and resilience.

Understanding and committing to a regulated state is nothing short of a healer’s journey. It is love and compassion.

I’m not broken and you’re not either. This is a way of life. This is undoing things from childhood- deep default coping strategies in your DNA. 

 FAQs

  • You might be sitting with some questions about your ability to commit to the journey. A few questions I have received are about commitment. Consider reading what I’m about to share with a deep love for yourself and forgiveness for where you feel you disappoint. Consider the only expectation I have is that you love yourself and that alone is enough. You owe me nothing, not signing up, not reading this- NOTHING. If you do read on, read compassionately and curiously.

    This is not a group program with a rigorous attendance requirement. The calls and activities below will be 100% at your own pace so that you can access the resources when you most need them (this is all part of the journey- knowing how to navigate lovingly).

    I know what it’s like to not engage because I didn’t know If I could get out of bed or muster the energy it takes to show up. Or God forbid that if I did show up and be a crying, emotional wreck.

    I’m not a coach or therapist, but rather a connector and facilitator. To close out, I told a friend the other day, think of this invite like sweatpants-not spanks.

    -There will be weekly modalities emailed to you every Sunday and dropped into a private Facebook Page.

    -All calls are held for you in the cloud to watch anytime you need.

  • There will be a monthly fee to pay our facilitators, virtual event support, as well as the purchase of a book to read for each month if you choose. The subscription is $69 a month. If you are in financial hardship, please reach out to me.

Meet Tiffany Bednar


Tiffany Bednar is a cultural anthropologist and Senior Market Strategist with over a decade of experience leading strategic marketing and communications initiatives across the healthcare, e-commerce, public health, and IT sectors. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at TruLata Services & Holdings, where she drives business growth and ethical digital strategy. Tiffany is also the founder of Somatically Rooted, an educational platform dedicated to nervous system regulation, and serves as a trusted advisor to investment management organizations seeking future-forward, people-centered strategies.

Tiffany holds a strong stance on ethical business practices and healthy digital ecosystems, believing that how we work today shapes the world we leave behind. Her lifelong study deeply informs her work on people, systems, and healing. She has completed advanced training in trauma and recovery through Bessel van der Kolk’s Trauma Research Foundation, is certified in Somatic Regulation Techniques under Linda Thai, and is currently completing a certification in traumatic stress research.

A former licensed massage therapist of eight years, Tiffany also trained in play therapy techniques for parents and served as a postpartum support aid at a Dallas-area birthing center. Her academic research in anthropology focused on documenting the support structures individuals across cultures identified as essential to living happy, healthy, and fulfilled lives.
